We didn't set out to become just another consulting firm. This all began back in 2012 when our founder, James Whittaker, found himself frustrated while helping his brother's struggling printing business. That spark of frustration led to a small office above a Belfast bakery (where the smell of sourdough still reminds us of those early days). We took on our first twelve clients that year - mostly local businesses who needed someone to truly listen before offering advice. Some paid us in kind - one client, a framer, still has his work hanging in our headquarters.
